Do your prints come framed?

No, our prints and print sets come unframed. However we do offer a free framing service when you choose to buy a frame from us!

What size frame should I order for my print?

You will need to order the corresponding size frame for your size print. For example if you have ordered an A2 print, you will need to order an A2 frame, if you want to have negative space around the print you will need to purchase a bigger frame with a passe-partout that corresponds to the size you have purchased.

Where can I find my Tracking Number?

Your Tracking Number will be included in your dispatch notification email! Please note your Tracking Number may not work until your item is received by your local depot or courier. If you’re having trouble locating your tracking number send us an email with your confirmation number at hello@wemadesomethingnice.com and we will be happy to help!

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wemadesomethingnice.com and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note orders already sent to print will not be able to be changed or cancelled!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal and Apple pay.
